2. Extreme Flag Football greatly reduces the risk of injury while developing advanced football skills. Extreme Flag Football is a NO TACKLE league.
   • Most injuries to young tackle football players occur when players are deliberately taken to the ground or by deliberately making contact with the ball carrier's legs or knees while the runner is engaged with another player.
   • Most injuries to you flag football players occur when two players collide at full speed without any protection for their head and shoulder areas.
   • Extreme Flag Football is designed to greatly reduce those types of injuries, while helping players to learn proper football skills and balance through contact.
3. Extreme Flag Football promotes agility and mobility. This increases a player's proficiency in maintaining balance before, during, and after contact while promoting physicality in all phases of the game.
