Here at Extreme we're proud of our volunteer coaches. USA Football is a coach certification developed by USA Coaches for USA Coaches. The program has over 700,000 coaches certified through their program. It provides the resources that volunteer coaches need to inspire kids to get engaged, and stay engaged in sports. As a part of the "Extreme Making Kids Fall In Love With Sports Again Project" , we are committed to growing recreational sports participation rates and quality coaches are critical to this mission. There is no experience necessary to coach. We will teach you everything you may need to know. All we are asking is that you share a couple of hours each weekend to bond with your team and help our young players be the best person they can be, Teaching life skills and building character is at the heart of our goals for our coaching staff.
